Why Clickbricks Exists...

Clickbricks is the result of a fidget fixation, a 3D printing hobby, and a slow-burning case of corporate burnout.

I’ve always been a pen clicker/twirler, but in March 2024, I tried my first magnetic fidget slider and basically didn’t put it down until I lost it. It was a free 3D-printed design I found online—nothing fancy—but it clicked for me (literally and metaphorically). I’ve been printing as a hobby since 2021, so I started designing one of my own. After a couple months of prototypes and late-night revisions, I had something that felt... right. By June, I listed it on Etsy. By October, I left my job.

Not because Clickbricks was blowing up. It wasn’t.
I just needed out—and figured I’d roll the dice.

I spent 14+ years in the precast concrete industry. The last 7 were spent climbing the corporate ladder while quietly losing my mind. Eventually, I hit a wall. Now I’m giving Clickbricks everything I’ve got until October 2025, when my non-compete ends. If it’s working by then, I’ll run with it. If not, I’ll get back to concrete and keep this going on the side.
